1st of all, today as usual my schedule as normal routine bangun tido, buat exercises sit-up and push up. Then i took my shower around 7.18 am tiz morning.. M having yoghurt and cup of tea serai for breakfast. Pas tu off to work .. Hopefully aku reach target reduce my weight before off to KK on 27th May 2010.
